1) Get back to us by email or give us a call and we will help you the best we can to find your perfect import.

2) We will discuss your exact requirements and communicate back and forth about how our system works – you will have the opportunity to ask questions or air any concerns you may have about the anything.

3) When you are comfortable with everything we are offering, we will take a £500 deposit from you and fill out the relevant paperwork – your deposit is primarily used to show your commitment to us.


4) Once a deposit has been received we will access our auction databases daily looking for the exact car you have specified, we will also give you access to the auction listings so if you wish you can search yourself. With over 50,000 to choose from every week it realy is just a matter of waiting for a match to come up – on average it may take a week or two until we find the exact car you are looking for, however we could very well purchase the car the same day.

5) Once a match has been found, and our bid successful - we will then have the car transported to our Japanese Agent showroom to await de-registration and shipping as well as a complete road-test.
Once it arrives at our agents forecourt, 10-15 detailed pics will be taken of the car: inside and out.
All of the pictures we recieve and brief condition report will be sent to you by email. We will then call you to confirm that an email has been sent.  We can then make arrangements for the car to be shipped form japan to the uk and for the cost of the car to be paid to our agent in Japan. At this point your £500 deposit becomes non-refundable and the balane of the car now becomes due - * Our money back guaruntee still applies.....*

6) The car will then be loaded onto the next available boat, bound for the UK. Now its sit back and wait time 5-6 weeks depending on the type of boat and sea conditions. 

7) The boats call into various ports around Europe and the UK – we use Newcastle and Liverpool. Once in the UK your car, we will forward you the notice of arrival and  we will now start the process nessesary to register the vehcle in the UK.

8) At this point we transfer the vechile to our premisis and carry out a full service as well as arranging an MOT to check out the condition of all major areas of the car.(& SVA test if req).

Also, any extras you requested will be fitted at this point also.

9) We will give you a call and you can come and test-drive your new car. The main reason of course is not having the contacts. Finding a good dealer in Japan to trust and source the right condition cars is difficult. Then of course you have to take care of all the paperwork, export shipping haulage, insurance, import and VAT duty.

When it arrives in the UK , you also need to –

•  Meet it at port

•  Register the car

•  Tax and MOT it also

•  Encounter all paperwork (VAT, Customs, DVLA)

•  Make UK Mods (MPH conversion, Fog light etc, All SVA work)

All of this without having the relevant business insurance or trade plates - Not to mention that you have to pay for the car In full before you even see it in the flesh with no returns….

All cars bought through our personal import service are imported through ourselves, registered in your name as the 1st UK Owner, Taxed for 6 months (12 on request), have a full 12months MOT, Category 1 Alarm can be fitted for just an additional £200, and also have a Radio band expander fitted so you can use the original radio/cd player to listen to UK radio stations - we also make sure that the clocks are converted to Mph and have the car serviced and Valeted.

1. Regardless if it is a Stock Car or a personal Import to your specification - we can take £1000 deposit for importing your vehcile with the balance due on collection / Inspection.

2001 Honda Integra Type R 6 Speed in A1 Condition with around 35K miles

On the Road price in the UK £12,500

(£1000 Deposit with £11,500 on collection/Inspection)

2. The Most popular we do business is by simply charging a flat Agent Fee for our services for Importing, registering, Servicing the Car - which works out around £500-£750 depending upon the vehcile price.

This fee is added to the actual cost price of the car & that is simply the price the customer pays ----

The signifigant difference here is that once your vehcile is selected in Japan -

Immediate Payment is required in Full

This enables us to re-invest our capital in another stock car which in turn creates more business.

For this reason we are able to offer the discounted price
